Getting Here
So if you are on this page, you are planning your trip. At 'the College', we try our best to facilitate your arrival and departure as much as we possibly can.
There are 3 main international airports that you can fly into if you are planning to arrive to the country by air. San Pedro Sula, Tegucigalpa, and Roatan.
From Tegucigalpa or San Pedro, you can catch flights on local airlines, to La Ceiba or directly to Utila. We can help organize this. Your other option which is less expensive, would be to catch a bus to La Ceiba and jump on the ferry to Utila that departs at 9am and 4:30 pm.
If you chose to travel through Roatan, you have 3 options:
You can take a local flight directly to Utila, jump on Capt. Vern's catamaran and sail directly over, or go by ferry via La Ceiba.
Once on the island, finding us is very simple! Turn left at the end of the pier walkway and follow the road for 300 yards. On your left you will see a huge building with a whale shark painted on it. Come inside and our staff will look after your every need.
Alternatively, if you let us know of your arrival beforehand, we will arrange to have a taxi waiting for you at the pier to bring you and your luggage to your hotel.
