IDC Staff Instructor - $450.00 - Prerequisite MSDT
PADI
IDC Staff Instructors are PADI
Instructors participating in
Professional-level training or helping
teach the Instructor Development Course
(IDC). You will spend two days prior to
the beginning of an IDC with our Course
Director learning how to evaluate,
instruct and constructively counsel IDC
candidates.
You then will
participate for the duration of the IDC
as an IDC Staff Instructor candidate,
becoming familiar with the schedule,
goals and challenges of teaching the IDC
program. As an IDC Staff Instructor you
become an invaluable part of the IDC
team working closely with a Course
Director helping candidates prepare for
a career as a PADI Instructor.
