As a Tec Deep Diver you already realize and accept the risks of technical diving. However, don’t be mistaken. The risks increase exponentially when venturing into Trimix diving.
The Technical Diver Instructor team at the College of Diving will train you to prevent and manage these risks within reason but you must be willing to accept these risks, as well as accepting that certification will be entirely dependent on your performance and attitude during the program. Enrolling in the Trimix Diver program at College of Diving ensures you proper time to learn the knowledge and skills required to become a Trimix diver, however, safety and proficiency are our key goals.
If you’re into technical diving then you know that to extend your depth range you need to use trimix – a blend of helium, oxygen and nitrogen.
The Tec Trimix 65 course introduces you to using trimix down to a maximum depth of 65 metres/210 feet. There are advantages to using three gases, but you need to know how to do it right. Earning the Tec Trimix 65 certification makes deeper exploration a reality.
